We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to leave our young children in the hotel premises while we attended a conference. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city provided a peaceful ambiance and the rooms were well-arranged and comfortable. The lobby was impressive and the food served was delicious. the hotel's appearance and the level of service provided exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were always ready to assist and the hotel's amenities were top-notch.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. Convenient parking and easy transportation to/from this city were also notable. I particularly appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the airport and its location within a short tram ride from the port. Located on the outskirts of town and conveniently close to the airport, this hotel seems promising. Situated just outside of a hospital, it could be convenient for those needing medical attention. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms appear to be clean. In terms of service, some staff members have been noted as helpful.
It seems like communication can be an issue with some staff members.

Convenient location, lovely pool
I had a great holiday at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport and had ample parking. I particularly enjoyed the lovely indoor swimming pool. The staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable.
Although I liked the location and facilities, I found the service to be poor and the decor outdated. The corridors had stained carpets and smelly areas.

The rooms at the hotel were nice and the check-in process was quick. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was almost no sound of city traffic, making for a peaceful stay. As vegetarians, we appreciated that the hotel was all vegetarian, catering to our dietary needs. The location near the airport, just a 5-minute drive away, was also convenient. we had a pleasant experience at Narayani Heights Hotel And Resort.

The hotel had comfortable beds and the staff was friendly and professional. the location was good, close to the airport and with easy access to the city. the food offered was tasty and of good quality.
The hotel had some shortcomings, with leaking water in the corridor, smelly areas, and stained carpets. the air conditioning was too cold and housekeeping kept turning it back on even after being asked to turn it off.
